Our Team
Clair Hattle is an experienced talent development specialist and learning strategy manager. She is a Fellow of the Learning and Performance Institute, a Chartered Member of CIPD UK, and a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM USA, as well as being MBA certified.
With a successful career in one of the Big Four firms, she is also a highly experienced facilitator, delivering behavioural skills training extensively in the GCC region, and internationally.
Clair has over 20 years’ experience in learning and development gained in Europe, South East Asia and the Middle East.
Clair has worked within a number of industry sectors, including hospitality and leisure, banking, retail, social enterprise, education and management consulting. With 8 years’ experience at the Board level, Clair brings a solid understanding of the importance of making an impact with every business engagement and learning intervention.
